Please feel free to use recent videos from games or competition of your skills. We will not be judging the production/editing of the video, however, please be sure the video is clear and we can clearly see who we are judging.

REQUIREMENTS for the Video
1. Introduce yourself - Name, Grade, School and Stunt Position
2. Short Video on what you LOVE about cheering, your goals after high school,
and if you want to cheer in college.
3. Sideline or Cheer (must show motion technique)
4. Dance (minimum of 2 eight-counts) or Co-ed Stunt (for male cheerleaders that don't dance)
5. At least one stunt or stunt sequence
6. Your best standing and running tumbling
7. 2-3 Jump Sequence
8. A list of any recognition(s) both cheer and academics.

Practices and Game Information
Majority of the team practices will be held in January 2024 on Oahu, however, we would like to meet one time in December. December 9th is the tentative day. Times, & Location TBA.
Game: Friday, January 19, 2024, 4:00 pm @ Kunuiakea Stadium,
Kamehameha Schools, Kapalama Campus, Oahu
Uniforms will be provided by the Polynesian Bowl Organization.
